USGBC Accreditation: LEED NC - Silver Certification July 2011

Southeast General Construction successfully completed this Bank of America prototype to achieve LEED NC Silver Certification. Our involvement as a General Contractor covered all aspects of LEED implementation and documentation from the commissioning kick off meeting to the mid-construction site visit and commissioning review and functional testing. Throughout the construction process we prepared and documented the LEED required credits which involve providing checklists, logs and photographs to document compliance with LEED requirements.
