Rabih J. Boueri, MSCE, PE, Founder and President.

With a career in the construction industry spanning over two decades, Mr. Boueri has designed and constructed hundreds of projects ranging from residential communities to office, educational, and institutional complexes. His expertise covers all aspects of construction from design engineering to field supervision and construction management. Mr. Boueri is a graduate of Florida Institute of Technology with a Master's degree in Civil Engineering and has authored several published articles in the field of construction materials. He is a licensed Structural Engineer in the states of FL, NJ, CT, VA, MD, and MA. Additionally, he is a licensed General Contractor in the states of FL, GA, NC, SC, TN, AL and VA.

Ray S. Rizk, Executive Vice President

Mr. Rizk is a graduate of University of Florida with a Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering. He is in charge of overseeing project managers as well as field superintendents. Mr. Rizk has been a Vice President of Southeast General Construction since its inception. His expertise covers all aspects of new construction, major and minor renovations as well as ADA and ATM Construction.

Dominick R. Bizzarro, Regional Lead, Director of Construction

Mr. Dominick Bizzarro has over 25 year experience in project management with extensive background in the construction of financial institutions. He joined SEGC in 2011 as a Regional Lead for the Atlanta office. Dominick focuses on quality control and streamlined construction processes to ensure client satisfaction. He is responsible for the successful completion of hundreds of banking projects throughout the Southeast region of the united States including ground-up, major and minor renovations, ADA and ATM construction.
